Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu)

 

V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €360 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu: 

The project is designed b ased on the needs of the youth workers and our NGOs from our partnership.

At first we want to train on how market and secondly to enrich our NGO’s repertoir of practices and experiences in the same field. As a direct impact we expect that this project will support from local to international level the employ ability opportunities for youths and YWs but also to be an example how an E+ international project can contribute to this direction.

The project will target 28 youth workers from 11 Program Countries who want to acquire, and then to transfer, the foundational skills which are required at the job market to become healthy, productive and prospective participants in civic and community affairs. For realizing the general aim of the project, the following objectives need to be accomplished:

  • OBJECTIVE 1:

Raising the performance of education and non-formal training systems, and over all skill and competence levels of the project partner organizations by linking them with best employment practices from around the world and continuous collaboration on future projects;

  • OBJECTIVE 2:

Introducing a training curriculum called Work Readiness Skills Program (WRSP) to thenewfacilitators; that will help to develop transversal skills and competences at young people from earlystages of education up to higher education, usingin novative, student-centered and experiential training approaches.

  • OBJECTIVE 3:

Strengthening the professional profile of the youth workers, partners' personnel (including teachers,leaders andeducators), with career guidance support and competence-based continuing professional development. Thiswill tap their need for continuous work with young people in their communities in developing their competences, self-confidence, mobility and volunteering,especially among the unemployed and socially excluded groups.

  • OBJECTIVE 4:

Optimizing ICT – supported learning among the project team and access to high quality Open Educational Resources (OERs), by creating ICT-based learning and assessment group on a platform called Declara

  • OBJECTIVE 5:

Prioritizing and strengthening investments ineducation and training trough Erasmus+

 

Participants' profile:

 

Priority will be given to youth workers who:

  1. need to participate in further training for their own self and professional development;
  2. haven't got much previous experience in international trainings and
  3. face lower self esteem and economic barriers (and other fewer opportunities) that restrict their personal and professional development,
  4. commit to support the dissemination and the positive influence of the project to their peers and other stakeholders back to their country and internationally in general.
  5. or even do not have much motivation for further development due to hard situations in life. We aim to motivate them to turn into ongoing lifelong learners on current and new ideas and practices that exist in the youth field in international level.
  6. have basic English language proficiency.
