Project report:

The Creative Health project took place in the Romanian resort of Slanic Moldova from July 18th to July 30th. I would like to thank EYCB for giving me this opportunity to participate in this very successful project. I can say that they managed to put together an excellent team, which was among the most active in terms of project activities.

The aim of the project was to familiarize young people with the challenges and benefits of a healthy lifestyle and how one should achieve it. Participants were learning from each other because most of the workshops were organized by the participants themselves. The Czech team organized a debate on “Health vs. Technology “. I have to say that the Czech team worked really well and that our workshop, according to the words of the other participants, was one of the best. Another goal was to create a “30-day plan for a healthy lifestyle”.

I can say that due to the excellent organization of the Romanian team during the project there were no serious problems and goals that we set at the beginning were eventually achieved. I enjoyed the project very much and the same applies to other members of the Czech team. That’s why I can give advice to anyone who is considering participating in one of the projects offered by EYCB not to hesitate and definitely to sign up for one of the upcoming projects because the experience from such projects is extremely valuable.
