Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé dobrovolnictví (5—7 měsíců)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Cigna, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €275 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC;
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

Popis ESC dobrovolnické pozice:
Europe cannot afford wasted talent, social exclusion, and youth disengagement. Therefore EPVP 4.0 project provides youngsters with opportunities to engage in solidarity actions, act for the benefit of the community as active citizens while gaining valuable experience and competences and improving their future employability.
Thus, the project focuses on:
- Increasing social inclusion chances and providing equal opportunities for 8 NEET youngsters from EU, EaP and Western Balkan region by involving them in COSI’s activities, supporting them to become active and responsible citizens, and equipping them with new competences.
- Implementing monthly awareness raising campaigns according to the UN calendar: Promoting active citizenship, sense of solidarity, volunteering; Promoting Human rights, respect for diversity and tolerance,
inclusion, and tolerance; and combating stereotypes and prejudices, discrimination. - Improving the standards of life and supporting the social inclusion of disadvantaged youngsters in Bucharest and Ilfov by organising Humanitarian Aid initiatives;
- Promoting E+, ESC and EYE programmes among Romanian young NEETs and supporting their participation in the programs.
Participants‘ profile:
- NEET (Not in Employment, Education, Training) youngsters, conventionally unemployed, opportunity-seekers, available to commit for the full duration of the project;
- Committed to promote Human rights, sense of solidarity, inter-cultural dialogue, volunteering and active citizenship and to reduce stereotypes/prejudices, racism, discrimination, social inequality, poverty;
- Keen to develop within a multi-cultural environment;
- Motivated to acquire project management/writing, ICT and social media proficiency and events organizing skills;
- Able to impact COSI development and the community with passion and civic spirit;
- Curious about Romanian, EU, EaP and Western Balkan cultural diversity;
- At least conversational level of English.
REWARD:
- 240 Euro – Monthly income (pocket and food money);
- Apartments with shared bedrooms (two people by gender), accommodation is provided & paid for from the Erasmus+ programme (= free for the volunteers);

- Volunteers will work around 32.5 hours/week from Monday to Friday with 2 free days/month (holiday).
