Project report:

A project titled Greenpreneurs took place in Katowice, Poland, from July 1st to July 9th. Seven nations participated in the project: Sweden, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Poland, Georgia, and Ukraine. This led to the creation of a diverse community with a very friendly atmosphere.

During the project, we explored the picturesque city of Katowice, not only the city center but also a gigantic underground gallery with breathtaking expositions and interactive art. We also focused on sustainable entrepreneurship. Firstly, we delved deeper into the topic, ensuring every participant gained a comprehensive understanding. Secondly, we were encouraged to come up with solutions ourselves through playful methods. We created green business ideas and produced video advertisements, models, and prototypes. Facilitators provided us with valuable insights for future endeavors and empowered us with essential job market skills, such as creating a solid CV and finding the right opportunities. Additionally, our video editing skills were enhanced as we learned where to find no-copyright music and which video editing platforms were most suitable for us.

We had plenty of free time for socializing, not only with other participants but also with the facilitators, who were more like friends than supervisors, yet still maintained respect. Thanks to the facilitators, no one was ever bored. They also recommended activities outside the workshops, such as multilingual event held in Katowice or visiting an atmospheric club, and allowed us to sleep in a bit more in the morning.

All in all, this has become my favorite project because everything was perfect, from the diverse and friendly community of participants and facilitators to the engaging and educational programs that included exploring Katowice, delving into sustainable entrepreneurship, creating green business ideas, and enhancing our skills in video editing and job market preparation. The atmosphere was out of this world, with plenty of free time for socializing and enjoyable activities both inside and outside the workshops.
