For 6 days, here in this beautiful part of Southern Romania, 28 young persons from Czech Republic, Italy, Romania and Spain will present the reality in their country in relation to the topic, will have debates on what can be done and will learn from representatives of Ford and Pirelli what major investment companies seek when launching hiring calls.
During the activities we will use non -formal education methods such as: peer learning,interactive debates, presentations, simulation games to fit the best we can the interests and needs of the participants.
