Project report:

In November 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in the training course “Online and E-learning in Youth Work” in Berlin, organized by Youth Power Germany. The primary goal of the training was to design an online educational course using the Articulate 360 platform. This task posed a challenge but also provided a valuable learning experience. It allowed us to enhance my technical skills. The final product was a practical educational tool with real-world applications.

The training was meticulously organized. Activities were designed to foster collaboration, learning, and cultural exchange. Key elements of the schedule included:

First 2 days we had Icebreakers and team-building exercises. Workshops and Learning Sessions such as Action Bound and we had an engaging session exploring Erasmus+ and non-formal learning principles by Kahoot quiz

A few days later we were introduced to the tool Articulate 360 and learned about Learning Management Systems. By the end of the week, our mission was to create an online course on any topic.

Every day after 6:00 PM, we had free time for evenings dedicated to leisure activities such as exploring Berlin.

This training was transformative both professionally and personally. I met inspiring individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. These interactions revived my motivation to continue growing and developing. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity to EYCB and Youth Power Germany. I’m planning to participate in similar projects in the future for sure. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking to enhance their skills, embrace new cultures, and build new friendships.
