Project report:
The Youth Exchange “Dream big“ opened space to people from 6 countries to immerse themselves in the sport and find connection with entrepreneurship.
The village of El Palmar de Vejer as the center of surf and other aquatic sports in the province of Cádiz became an ideal point to practice diverse sports and develop project activities.
During the six days we had plenty of opportunities to practice different sports such as football, basketball, surf or boxing. Through them we were looking for common elements with entrepreneurship such as dedication, persistence, teamwork and synergy.
The exchange was enriched with the discussions with local entrepreneurs and visits, intercultural evenings but also sessions full of support to develop our own initiatives.
Whole experience was promoted in the local radio “El Palmar“ where some of us had a chance to get to know other guests such as an inspiring writer or producer of the famous wine “vino de Jerez“.
