Project report:

Our Erasmus+ project on tackling fake news and disinformation was a valuable experience. The main goal was to help youth workers support young people in spotting fake news, boosting critical thinking, and making online participation safer.

We had workshops, discussions, and practical activities led by experienced trainers. The focus was on practical learning, helping us use what we learned and improve our digital skills. The Youthpass learning process was integrated throughout the project.

We learned to be critical about online information and how to evaluate it. Activities like creating photonovellas and using blogs and online marketing improved our digital education skills for safer online youth participation.

The project also made us think about how online information influences young people’s behavior. We discussed the challenges of disinformation and recognized the importance of being careful online.

A big achievement was developing high-quality proposals for youth projects, aligning with Erasmus+ goals. The international collaboration helped us come up with innovative ways to fight fake news and promote media literacy among youth.

We appreciate the trainers’ dedication and the practical solutions they provided. The project had a positive impact on our skills and understanding, and we’re eager to apply what we learned in our communities.
