Project report:
Mulțumesc, Romania! This country full of rich nature, history, myths, nice people and delicious food hosted our Czech group. For me, Nela, Markéta, Lucie and Adam it was really pleasure to be in Romania as a participants of this project who really changed our mind.
Organizers prepared everything down to the smallest detail. Accomodation, transport and food with bevarages fulfilled us. Traditional homemade Romanian food with heartwarming friends had great impact on us. Intercultural nights enriched our experiences with other cultures, their food, drinks, cookies and other sweeties.
Firstly, we were not sure if we will be eager to enjoy every part of robotics, artificial intelligence, media literacy and fake news. But in the end it really improved our skills of creativity, critical thinking, communication, cooperation during innovative events. We have learned that AI is a tool with positive and negative impact and it is upon us to use it in a right way to make the world more easier to its citizens. Events like world cafe, role play, storytelling,media literacy poster, theatre, advantages/disadvantages of AI changed our minds immediately. Scenes where AI caused human extinction were so nerve-wracking. That led us to use AI as a tool to develop our society and planet but beware that in the same way artificial intelligence can destroy us (cyberbullying, human extinction), our creativity because it is emotionless. Educative videos, scenes during Forum Theatre showed us that in funny way as an outcomes with booklet which summarized what we did in the Carpathian village Sarata Monteoru.
Last two days we spent time in the city of Buzau with its stunning orthodox churches. We have visited stunning mud volcanoes that are located nearby. Although we left volcanoes dirty durin grain we left that area with unforgettable memories!
We´ve become part of the family as Tolea (main organizer) told us first day. Nobody believed him, but in the end his speech was so true! We were missing each other so much every minute after departure from Buzau to the airport. Girls (Nela, Lucie and Markéta) were almost crying. Tremendously amazing experience!
