Project report:
Participants from the Czech Republic, Greece, Lithuania and Hungary gathered in Koninki in Poland to resolve the issue of low involvement of youths in volunteering in their communities and tried to work out possible solutions for this problem.
The project took place in beautiful surroundings of the national park on the borders of Poland and Slovakia in the mountains. Besides the regular non-formal YiA activities the participants went to see a mountain pond, went up to a mountain observatory, went trekking for miles and miles and the last day they also saw the concentration camp Auschwitz Birkenau and spent the night in the city center of Krakow where we said goodbye to each other.
