Project report:
Project Environment Education for Young Generation was focused on current environmental problems. The aim of this project was to create a Good Practise Manual for the general public. During the workshops we worked in groups, which were created by participants from different countries. We gathered information about some „green programmes“, sources of energy, re-using materials and so long. We debated about GMO food, vegan and vegetarian diet. But the environmental protection is not only about information and spreading awerness. It is mainly about the action! That is why was one day devoted to cleaning the mountains. Also the last day, waves brought some trash from the ocean, so we voluntary tried to clean the local beach. This project was full of action! We worked hard and the result was brilliant! The facilitators were very helpful and always nice. They created a great atmosphere and made us to feel very relaxed. This project was filled with outdoor activities, fun, learning and great food! I learnt a lot about vegan diet and EU countries´ attitude to environmental protection. I practiced my english skills, got a confidence to express my opinion and made friends all around the world.
