Project report:
The training course From Protection to Promotion took place in Lisbon from 10th till 18th January 2018. The project was organized by portuguese organization AESS and brought together participants from 8 countries: Portugal, Czech republic, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain and Croatia.
Participants during the training course learnt how to deal with fake news and how to use critical thinking not only in media but also in their life. Participants gained knowledge about financial literacy through the interesting game, which was very involving, funny but mainly useful in real life.
All the session were well prepared and trainers were acting proffesionally and friendly, which caused very good atmosphere throughout the whole week.
The main organizers were helpful and friendly. They have prepared pleasent surprise for participant such as Portuguese dinner with traditional music Fado, which is on UNESCO Cultural Heritige List. Another surprise was when participants played together on the drums. This experience was very strong and work well as a teambuilding activity. Participants had chance to discover beautiful local area while fullfiling task which was focused on interaction with local people.
Training course fulfilled the expections and participants were leaving Portugal with new experience, knowledge and friendship.
