Project report:

I am grateful for the opportunity to share my experience with this project with you.
I participated in a training course in Romania which took place in the Casoaia camp next to Arad. The theme was Peers for inclusion but there was a parallel project Peers for diversity in the same place. in total there were about 60 participants from different countries which didn’t suit me at the beginning and even at the end I didn’t know the names of all the participants. However, I got to know many wonderful people with whom I will talk in the future.

We had two sessions per day and the program was amazing, interesting and enriching. We learned about how to include all the participants of the groups we lead or are a member of. We approached this difficult issue from different sides such as psychology  ( why do we exclude people, what are the causes of the segregation of the society/group and reasons of aggression. We also talked about different concrete techniques and activities that we can use not only at work but also in everyday communication.
The programme was not only about theory but also we discussed a lot, did our own presentations in small groups, played games and did sports.

As for the food, it was not the best. There were participants who couldn’t manage to eat that and were hungry.
Otherwise the destination was great, in the middle of the forest and a great relaxing atmosphere and the smell of nature.

I definitely recommend going on this program if you wouldn’t struggle with some probles i mentioned above.
Thank you!
