Project report:

Imagine a group of people. Group that is composed of individuals that come from different parts of the world, different countries, have different backgrounds, different goals and different religion. Can they ever get together to make a team that would work on a common project? The VOICES 2 Training Course proved that they CAN!

Let’s take a closer look at what VOICES 2 was all about. Social media have grown enormously in the past few years but hardly any people know how to use it in their favor. VOICES 2 tried to change that. It taught us how to use social media to make a profit, to promote our business or even better to use it for a good cause.

As usual, to get to know each other we started off with some ice-breaking games. The chemistry was instant. Within a day we were already a great team. Then the ice-breaking games slowly turned into little projects that emerged into one big case study called “Find Europe in Odessa”.  Spoiler alert, after a great adventure, we did find Europe in there.

Long story short, it was an amazing experience. I’m pleased that I went there, I have loads of unforgettable memories and I finally got to see the real Ukraine without any misleading by media. I’d like to thank to everybody who participated, to our trainers, to our hosts, to the whole Ukraine but most of all, a big thanks goes to the EYCB who made it all possible.  Can’t wait to take part in one of your future projects!
