In 2019 we wish you health, success, luck and lots of unforgettable moments (not only) with the Erasmus+ programme!

Thank you very much for your support and cooperation, it is only thanks to you that we can help create society where youth has enough opportunities to develop their skills, people are interested in what happens around them and help each other. Thank you!

In 2018 we sent 329 young people to 87 short-term projects abroad in 30 countries. For the first time, we sent a group to a project that took place in two countries during its project week. During the project, participants travelled from Osterholz-Scharmbeck in Germany to Brusselles in Belgium and back to Bremen in Germany. We also sent our 1400th participant to a project abroad and the first participant supported by our Grant programme for economically disadvantaged youth.

We were succesful also in European Voluntary Service (EVS) sending 7 volunteers to 6 EVS projects in 6 countries.

We also continued implementing workshops about the Erasmus+: Youth programme, this year at SŠTE Olomoucká in Brno, Masaryks Business College in Rakovník and high school in Český Krumlov. We also organised 3 meetings with ex-EVS volunteers: at Břeclav Grammar School, Břeclav Business College and Velké Pavlovice Grammar School.

We presented possibilities of international volunteering (European Voluntary Service) during the Creativity Afternoon with Brontosaurus, aktivity organised in Břeclav by Ardea – základní článek Hnutí Brontosaurus.

At Břeclav Grammar School we organised also a workshop about European Union as a part of civic education.

In June 2018 we opened a new InfoPoint for youth in Břeclav Public Library where we provide information about Erasmus+ projects, volunteering opportunities, EU and advise how to write a good CV and cover letter.

In order to help young unemployed people, we have been promoting Erasmus+ projects at Job Offices in Břeclav, Hustopeče and since 2018 also in Mikulov.

Within support of volunteering we also participated in a local activity “Clean Up Břeclav“.

For the third time, we celebrated with you Giving Tuesday – the international day of giving. This time you could help with us economically disadvantaged youth to participate in Erasmus+: Youth projects, support our activities or share with us your experience with fundraising.

We participated in a campaign Thank you, Europe! organised by Europe Direct Czech Republic that presents stories of people who derive benefits from membership in European Union.
