Project report:

Hola! Welcome to Slovakia! Welcome to the world full of happy people, fun, friendship and honesty. It was my pleasure to travel to Slovakia (Radava) on the 23th august. We were two Czech people.  We were really excited about the project Effective Communication for You(th) that ended on the 31st August. There were 25 people from each country: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Albania, Spain, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal and four from hosting country: Slovakia.

Thanks to the perfect preparation and organization of our leaders – Peter, Michal, Juraj and Michal from Slovakia and Berat from Turkey we were able to create a wonderful team without any single mistake! During a lot of teambuilding activities we got to know each other better and better and thanks to many group works, we were able to cooperate quite easily. We were dealing, for example with manipulation and authentic communication, nonverbal communication, on-line communication, social media, psychology of integrated communication or visual thinking. We had many workshops   and psychological games and presentation of our results allowed us to practice English and move our level a little bit higher!

Moreover, we experienced quite a lot from Slovak vital culture – great Slova food, drinks, music and we had a lot of opportunities to explore the city of Trnava, Bratislava or famous thermal bath Podhájská.

Considering it all in all, this project had something special in itself. Everything was so pretty and amazing. What is glorious is the cooperation between nations, realizing that the effective communication are the most important thing in achieving produktivity, improve moral and efficiency, maintaining strong, good lasting working relationship, communicate effectively in negotiations to ensure you achieve your goals.  Now, when we are back home we can try to realize our ideas and be happy if any of them will come true. We can start with creating a lot of beautiful things or we can use education as the most powerful weapon to change the world.

To sum it up, if there is no EYCB as the great group allowing a lot of people to do amazing things EYCB would have to be invented! Thank a lot every single person allowing these projects to happen!
