Project summary:
Spring training course Europe’s got talent passed of in beautiful italian city Genova.
Participants from eleven different countries had an opportunity to learn and share knowledges about talent development and realizing one’s potential.
During the raining were used principles and methods of informal learning. We had many debates, working groups, we also shared a feedback from each other and learned new methods of working with the talent mainly of the young people.
We focused of the meaning of emotions and passion related to motivation and getting out the comfort zone. We also discused how to work with young people, who are not aware of their talents or strengths.
The participants had a chance to share experiences of talent developement and teach some interesting methods to the others. There was enough time to introduce all organizations, which suprised us by their wide diverse field of activities in profit and non-profit sector.
The weather was sunny and we could taste delicious italian cuisine prepared mostly by the italian mums.
What a pity, the training course passed so quickly.
