Project report:
I would like to share my experience with the Erasmus+ training course Innovate & Lead: Soft Skills & Digital Competencies for Entrepreneurs, in which I had the privilege to participate. As the name suggests, the course focused on developing leadership skills, enhancing effective communication, and exploring AI tools that can support entrepreneurship and everyday life.
The training course took place in a beautiful hotel near Lake Balaton. The serene surroundings made for an ideal learning environment, complemented by delicious food and relaxing facilities such as a sauna, which many participants enjoyed after long, productive days.
Our Czech team consisted of five participants, alongside attendees from Italy, Ukraine, Pakistan, Romania, and several other countries. Since there were three projects running simultaneously, we had the unique opportunity to meet people from various cultures. International nights were a highlight, where we learned about each other’s traditions, politics, and cuisine, enriching the cultural aspect of the program.
The program began each day around 9 a.m. with energizers, interactive activities, and group work. We explored various approaches to business and entrepreneurship, including techniques such as SWOT analysis and the D.I.S.C. personality assessment. These sessions were engaging and practical, providing valuable insights into leadership and decision-making.
After the formal program, participants could unwind in different ways, such as relaxing in their rooms, playing games, or going for a refreshing run. Evening activities were equally vibrant, involving games, networking, dancing, singing, and sampling traditional food and drinks from other countries.
One of the most memorable parts of the training was a free day mid-week. Some participants visited Budapest, while others took a ferry to the Tihany Peninsula, where they enjoyed breathtaking views of Lake Balaton. This day allowed everyone to rest and recharge for the remainder of the program.
This training course was an incredible experience. I not only gained valuable skills and knowledge but also met amazing people who made the program unforgettable. I am deeply grateful to EYCB for providing us with this unique opportunity. It was truly an enriching and inspiring journey, and I look forward to applying everything I learned.
