How much knowledge, experience, and competences can a person get in just two weeks? The correct answer – a lot, if he/she participates in the right activities.
” Three representatives from Czechia, delegated by European Youth Centre Břeclav, attended a two-week training course for youth workers “Inspire – Social Innovation and Leadership” in Sletterstrand, Denmark.
During the 14 day training course, organized by InterCollege ApS and the European House, the three Czechs together with representatives of Romania, Bulgaria, Northern Macedonia, Italy and Lithuania covered these topics:

♣️ Leadership

♥️ Time Management
Alongside the official training course, participants developed ideas for social and youth projects, established partnerships among participating countries, put the newly gained knowledge into practice, tried out the non-formal education methods, and increased their competences as youth workers.
The Czech team consider the project to be a great experience and would recommend Erasmus+ short term mobilities to anyone who wants to grow and gain amazing and extraordinary memories. ”
