Project report:

The “Mind Matters” project held in Enying, Hungary, from March 16th to 24th, 2024, brought together participants from diverse European backgrounds to explore topics surrounding mental health, stress management, and emotional well-being.
Under the guidance of project leaders Ricsi, Ági, and Andi, we engaged in a series of discussions, workshops, and practical exercises aimed at enhancing our understanding of these crucial topics and developing effective strategies for managing them in their daily lives.

The peaceful and scenic setting of the farm in Enying provided an ideal place for the project, creating an atmosphere of calm and reflection conducive to deep introspection and personal growth. We had the opportunity to fully engage in the learning process, surrounded by the natural beauty of their surroundings and supported by the guidance of our amazing facilitators.

Throughout the duration of the project, cultural exchange played a significant role, with us sharing insights into our cultural backgrounds, traditions, and perspectives on mental health and well-being. This exchange of ideas enriched the overall experience, fostering greater understanding and empathy among participants.

The “Mind Matters” project in Enying, Hungary, proved to be a transformative experience for all involved, providing valuable insights, practical skills, and lasting connections. As we returned to our home countries, we carried with us not only a deeper understanding of mental health and stress management but also cherished memories of our time spent together in the beautiful surroundings of the Hungarian countryside.
