Project report:

Hello again to you all! Today it is my pleasure to present you our travels to another project which was in Latvia from the 10th of July 2022 until the 19th of July 2022. I shared this experience together with 7 other participants from our country, namely Anna Vohlídalová, Barbora Marsínová, Iva Černá, Klára Studnická, Kristýna Bednářová, Lada Radmacherová and Vít Šrámek. We had a very nice experience together and I must say that our team felt like a group of friends that have known each other for years. Other participant countries have been Romania, Spain, Bulgaria and of course Latvia which was the hosting country.

Firstly I would love to thank all the people who participated in this project, because they made it feel really like home. We enjoyed a lot of different activities and even the outdoor experience, which was for two days in total, where we slept in the forest near the lake. We also enjoyed quite a nice cuisine and a nice location, where this project took place.

At the beginning of the project it felt kinda slow for us to get to know each other and enjoy more of the activities, but I am glad that everything worked out very well in the end. I also learned a lot about myself and the country of Latvia, where I had the opportunity to learn and try a lot of new things.

We also enjoyed our intercultural nights, that we prepared together without any help from the facilitators and it worked out very well!

I also had the opportunity to plan the days on this project, where all the group leaders needed to prepare some kind of activities and plans. And I was very glad that I saw people enjoying them very much and they appreciated my work.

In the end I think this project was more educational and I am glad that I could have been a part of it. I would surely go again and I hope I will meet the people from this project once more.

Of course at the very end I need to thank our great organization EYCB, that made this possible again. I really appreciate all the work that they put into this and I hope I will be able to go on another project very soon! Thank you!
