Project report:
From May 3rd to 8th, I took part in an Erasmus+ project titled The Inner Voice, which took place in Woodstown, Ireland. Throughout the week, we explored both our inner and outer voices, with a strong focus on the inner voice. The main goal was to discover our true, authentic voice—one that comes from within, rather than being shaped by our surroundings or society. We engaged in various activities such as mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, yoga, and practices designed to cultivate a positive and authentic inner voice. A significant part of the program took place outdoors, by the sea and during nature trips, which created a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. Later in the week, we also focused on developing our outer voice. We practiced effective communication, singing, and public speaking. The accommodation in Woodstown was located right by the sea, which we made the most of both for the program activities and during our free time. Overall, I found the project to be a very positive experience. The group was full of amazing people, and the program was truly enriching.
