Miracles can happen out of your comfort zone!
That was the main message of the training course Inside Out: Let Talent Be Your Guide, that took place in beautifull countryside of Italy between 20th and 26th od November 2016. It was great plesure to spend five days in the family farm in Sassello and have an opportunitty to discover something new about our talents and ways how to make them space i our lifes.
There were two people from each country: the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Romania, Spain, Poland, Estonia, Croatia, Portugal and Italy. The farm owned by family Romano was placed close to the village but far away enough to offer perfect conditions for workshops- in beautiful nature and without rush of civilization.
Thanks to the perfect preparation and organization of our leaders – Silwia and Dominique we were able to create a wonderful group of people. People,that were curious and ready to get deeper to the main topics of the training course: A talent, a passion, a creativity and inner-leadership.
During a lot of activities and ice- breakers we got to know each other in the very beginning of the week. Thanks to group works, we were able not just to cooperate, but in very short time, we´ve managed to build the feeling of trust among group, that helped a lot on our journey to get in touch with especially with ourselves.
Time for self-reflection, dealing with group tasks, feedbacks and support from others were really helpful tools on this journey.
And it wasn´t just about this experience during training course. As our trainers have said: “There is your life before and after this TC”- that´s why we were challenged to create our personal plan to start some changes in our life- to follow our dreams step by step. Discussion, presentations and informal talks allowed us to practice English and move our level a little bit higher!
The weather by that time wasn´t the best in Italy, but in the atmosphere of friendship and enthusiasm there was a huge feeling of joy and closeness.
Considering it all in all, this project had something special in itself. Everything was so calm and joyful in the same time, that it was really like an island in the bustle of everyday life.
Now, when we are back home, we can try to let our discovered passions and talents to be our real fife-guides, so our dreams can come really true. It can be a hard work, sometimes maybe a big challenge, but a great joy and fun too!
