Project report:
During the days of 1.-10. of February we had the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus+ project with the topic “Let’s break the breaking news” in Sarata-Monteoru, Romania.
With participants from more than 10 countries we got the chance to learn about critical thinking, analysis, fake news and it’s consequences as well as tools to filter them.
There were many activities, including presentations about fake news and how to prevent them from spreading or forum theatre and video production that helped us create something of our own.
We also had two intercultural nights that were about representing all the teams and their national cultures, traditions and food. The Czech team also proudly represented our country and it was one of the best experiences from the whole project.
We are so thankful to experience another Erasmus+ project with such a helpful and up to date topic that taught us so much. We will be applying this knowledge in our own communities and groups.
We also thank our sending organisation of EYCB as well as the facilitator of this project, Tolea and his NGO for this unforgettable experience and we look forward for what’s to come next.
