Project report:

No it is not a magical formula but the topic of a very “green” seminar held at the beggining of October in Banja Vrujci, Serbia. If you ask me what do I remember most from the project than I answer – the trip because it is a kind of fluke to get to the Serbia’s town but good for the adventurer’s satisfaction. Also the seminar was a mistery a bit because I had applied only week before so there was no time to get to know more about it. Despite all that difficulties immediately after the arrival it was sure it would be great time. As usual in YiA projects, there was a bunch of 30 enthusiastic people from 18 to the best middle age; NGO’s workers as well as totally unexperienced; 10 countries from Portugal to Azerbaidzhan.

And what we were doing? First of all we tried to find the best ecological practices for organizations (NGO’s) and projects, we made two booklets and shared our own experiences or dreams. We came with own YiA project ideas and created a network for future cooperation. The serious work changed for energizers, games and talks and back. We also went out from our seminar room and collected rubbish. What’s more? Swimming pool in the hotel! And of course intercultural evening with a lot of tasty stuff.
