Project report:
This training course’s aim was to prepare active youth participants to take part in various activities that will encourage other people to become more active themselves. Our hosts were Zek and Robin, two very experienced lecturers in youth participation programs who taught us for example how to make campaigns, media literacy, workshop management etc.
Location of our accomodation was this very nice youth hostel, part of YHA organization, which was located near small village of Southease, approx. 8 minutes by train from bigger local city of Lewes and about 15 minutes from shore town Seaford.
Apart from the training part of course itself, we have all had an amazing time talking with other participants, as we had free time late afternoons and evenings. We also had one free day in which our small group decided to visit city of Brighton, where we were able to experience the atmosphere of English historic city and do some sightseeing as well as enjoying night life.
In conclusion I would like to say that for everyone this was great experience, we have learnt new useful abilities, made lifetime-lasting friendships and had so much fun that we all would love to come to another project with EYCB.
