In the Latvian forests near Riga, we have had the unique opportunity to participate in an Erasmus+ training course called “Sales Skills for life” facilitated by @Reviewlatvia.
The program was intensive and packed with so much useful information, I was excited for every day. The best part was how the program was focused on personal development and self improvement. We were encouraged to set our goals and during the week they elaborated on our goals. With a sales method we were focused on setting a clear, realistic goal.
Thanks to constant review and development of constructive questions, we were able to focus on reflection on our goal and were able to improve it on the go. We had the great opportunity to visualize reaching our goals through sets of meditation, guided visualization and breathing exercises. For many of us, these were an entirely new experience that we decided to implement into our daily lives. The strongest memory we have is trying out ice bathing for the first time, learning how to control our inner instincts and thoughts and prevent panic in stressful situations. We were very happy and thankful for being granted this wonderful experience. We’ve bonded with many inspiring people and hope to have created friendships that we will take for life.
