Project report:
“Connecting for Success” was a partnership building activity focused on establishing solid partnerships with the vision of organizing quality future projects. The trainer for this activity, Andreja A. from the Croatian organization Udruga Impress, did an amazing job creating a professional and friendly space for all the participants. Her experience in this field of work speak volumes and it is an honor to work with her. There was only one person representing each international organization from Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Romania, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic. This small group of seven participants enabled us to form a close-knit group to fulfill the main objectives of this activity.
On the first working day, we focused on getting to know each other, team-building activities, assessing our needs, and introducing our organizations. Day two was devoted to working on ideas for Key Action 1 (KA1) of the Erasmus+ program. We drafted one youth exchange and one training course that will be submitted by the next deadline. Day three was a day off, allowing us to explore the beauty of Croatia, the capital Zagreb, the magic of Samobor, and/or the freshness of the seaside. The fourth day was our final working day, during which we drafted a project to be submitted under Key Action 2 (KA2).
If you have experience writing grant proposals, you can imagine that drafting three of these in such a short time is a huge success! It was truly a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded, experienced, and passionate individuals to collaborate with. I am very excited about what the future holds once our projects are written and hopefully implemented!
