Project report:

During one week we took part in training course named Steps for a Career in Romanian Târgu Jiu. We have gained  both theoretical and practical skills regarding European job market. We visited Gorj County Agency for Employment, we carried out skype calls with professionals and with young entrepreneurs who provided us useful advices and recommendations. Really seminal was sharing of knowledges with other participants during the discussions, creating our CV etc. The most interesting experience for me was interviewing local people about their employment and social situation in Romanian mountains.

From the first moment we were perfectly integrated because of mixed rooms. There wasn’t more than one person from one nation in same room.

I strongly believe this mobility was for me one step for a professional development. At the close of the training we obtained Youthpass. I  would like to thank Greg and Adina for great leadership and responsiveness.
