Visegrádský fond: výměna mládeže

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Visegrádský fond jsou následující finanční specifika: kompletně (ze 100%) je zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů programu Visegrádský fond a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €60 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět. U tohoto projektu je možná pouze pozemní cesta (= autobusy, vlaky).

Who are we?
Youth for Equality is an organization founded in Slovakia in 2016 as a local youth initiative with the aim to realise positive changes and develop activities on local and international level in the field of education, human rights and ecology for the current requirements of the Labour market.
Since its establishment, the organization has become a pool of young professionals who provide guidance and organize teaching activities in order to provide youngsters with soft skills, knowledge about different educational and career opportunities at local, national and international level. Youth for Equality carries out a program to acquire soft skills through non-formal learning such as discussions, debates, group work, brainstorming. From the topics of internal motivation and creativity, we go through leadership, teamwork, communication, marketing, work and educational opportunities, all the way to the creation of a business plan. During these workshops we implement new trends in the labour market.
Description:
We will focus on developing media and podcasting skills to promote civic participation and democratic values.
30 participants in total (aged 16-30 —6 each from Slovakia, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, and Ukraine will attend works podcasting basics, democratic values, civic rights, and media’s role in civic engagement.
Participants will work in 5 international teams and they will create and record 5 podcasts on topics on voting, civic youth engagement.
Roles: Each team of participants will include podcast hosts, researchers, and editors. Facilitators will help teams through technical aspects and content creation.
Project objectives:
- to educate participants about civic engagement, democracy and building cross-border connections
by podcasts - develop skills in media, communication, and civic awareness encouraging them to continue meaningful conversations through podcasts on streaming platforms
- to enhance the active participation of project participants during the programme
- to create a common ground for the connection of project participants, mentors, experts, other young people, stakeholders, and partners.
Participants‘ profile:
- 30 young people from each partner country between 16 – 30 years old.
- For each country will join with 6 participants.
- Participants are students in need gaining practical experiences or skills and the unemployed who feel like youth leaders motivated to do something for society, in a need to explore their own potential and change their direction. Some of them are a bit frustrated and demotivated about our future, but interested in sustainable development and its approaches in the field of labour market.
