Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé dobrovolnictví (čtyři měsíce)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €309 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

Join the Synergy Bulgaria Team this fall for our L.E.A.D. project!
This four-month European Solidarity Corps volunteer program is your chance to live in Sofia, Bulgaria, and gain practical skills in social media management for non-profits, event management and photography/videography!This opportunity is for you if you’re between 18 and 27 years old and are passionate about:
– Social Media Management & Communication
– Photography & Videography
and non-formal education, NGO world and youth opportunitites!
You’ll get hands-on experience, receive mentorship from our team, and help us with our daily tasks and projects. All your major expenses are covered, including travel, accommodation, and food, plus you’ll receive pocket money.
About us:
Synergy Bulgaria is a Sofia-based NGO with mission to support young people in reaching their highest potential and becoming active members of society.
We’re active both on local and international level.
Internationally our projects aim to address such topics as entrepreneurship, personal growth & quality youth work. We organise cross-European trainings and youth exchanges, as well as run an online community for NGO leaders and project managers.
In Sofia we aim to connect to a local community in numerous ways: from picnics & workshops to educational programs and storytelling events. Our activities are carried out in English and explore the topics of leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, mental well-being and personal growth.

L.E.A.D. with Synergy Bulgaria was created for young people who have aspirations, dreams and ideas, and are ready to grow together with us both personally & professionally. As a volunteer you’ll have a chance to develop your talents, get mentored by the team and contribute to the projects & daily tasks of our organization.

Volunteer’s activities
We will be happy to welcome volunteers who are ready to actively participate in the project and willing to learn. We will support you in creating your own learning goals and in the process of achieving them, as well as in creating your own personal project.
During this edition of L.E.A.D. you can get experience as a Social Media Manager and/or photographer/videographer. Depending on your position, your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Social media management (IG, FB, TikTok)
- Content creation & online communication
- Design of infopacks and guides
- Support with YouTube channel
- Design of visuals for E+ Youth Academy &
- Sofia Zouk account
- Social Media Manager Photographer/Videographer
Content shooting for social media
- Creation of video content from the concept to realization to post-production editing
- Support during Synergy Bulgaria local & international events
- Personal project
Volunteer’s profile:
We are looking for a volunteer who:
- Is aged 18-27
- Is from EU countries and Ukraine
- Can speak English
- Is interested in the tasks of volunteers described earlier: SMM and photography/videography
- Is flexible and adaptative
- Is motivated to contribute and support the mission of Synergy Bulgaria
- Is ready to commit for 4 months, starting ASAP
