– The training course will take place between the 3rd to the 14th of November 2026 
– It will take place in the countryside in the seat of our organization in Bédeille, 09230, one hour south of Toulouse, France
– The participating countries are: Czechia, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Ireland, Greece, N. Macedonia, Romania, Türkiye and Jordan. 
– The main topic of this E+ training course will be focusing on the defense of human rights, equal distribution of power and how to tackle system of oppression as well as autonomy and self-organization within the group

– The program is still in the making, but we can already know the main idea is that the group self organized part of the project (workshops but also how do they organize between for the everyday life). To lead to that part there will be a phase of immersion and a phase of collectively deciding what they want to do during the self organized days (with horizontal decision-making tools).

– You will have to find 2 participants over the age of 18 (and 1 extra for the waiting list in case of last minute cancellation), 
– Participant criteria: preferably people with fewer opportunities, who haven’t participated yet in an Erasmus+ project, and are deeply interested in the topic and/or participant who are involved in associations (youth workers, association members, volunteers, …)
– The language used during the training course will be English (a basic level is needed to be able to follow the program and to participate with the rest of the group)

– The participants will be actively involved with the creation of our temporary community and will therefore do daily tasks (such as cleaning, cooking dinner, washing dishes)

– As our NGO has strong ecological values, we deeply encourage the participants to use 100% green travel (travel by land/sea only: carpooling, train, bus, ferry) to come to the training course (applicable for nearby countries) or use direct flight to nearby cities combined with train or buses (more info in the infopack).

Alive and loud is an Erasmus+ training course on the promotion of human rights, equal distribution of power and the fight against system of oppression. Far right ideology that is currently spreading is promoting an unequal view of the society and act on it when in power. The scale of oppression and inequalities is such that it’s impossible to ignore in youth work. The debate invites itself in our youth settings, and it’s more than urgent that we have the tools and understanding facing it. Luckily, we don’t have to start from scratch, we can learn from our experiences with our cultural background and by sharing tools on how to tackle non-inclusive environment. 

The principal objectives of this training course are : 

• to provide tools of self-governance and experiment it in our group
• to better understand the origins and forms of domination, the impacts of hate speech and what are the roots that make it work.
• to provide tools to promote human rights.
• to share good practices on how to tackle this issue in youth settings 

To achieve these objectives, we will organize the training course in 3 phases : 

• immersion on how to take collective decision and introduction on privileges, stereotypes and human rights;
• preparation time for self-organised activities
• Self-organised activities about the topic 

The participants (youth workers, people involved in non-profit organizations or citizens) will deepen their understanding about cultural differences, discrimination and system of oppression, develop skills for a democratic participation, communication and co-operation, and will have better knowledge and tools to promote human rights, justice and solidarity.

As always in Solaf projects, this project will also pursue the following goals : 

• to inspire with action to help our mind to focus on a desirable future ;
• to build intercultural and international cooperation and solidarity ;
• ecological practice through the setting of the seminar (local, organic and vegetarian diet, etc.)
