Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — krátkodobé individuální dobrovolnictví (59 dní + dva dny na cestu)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět a to dle způsobu dopravy:
- €275 v případě letecké dopravy,
- €320 v případě pozemní ‚zelené‘ dopravy (autobusy/vlaky).
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

EuroActive NGO – your hosting organisation – a little about us:
EUROACTIVE NGO is an Association born in 2019 with the main purpose of producing positive changes at the European level. We do this by implementing local and international projects, exchanges, training courses, conferences, events, seminars, debates, conferences etc. Our NGO vision is based on three actions: Caring, Sharing and Doing! We care about people, we share with people and we do all we do, for people, wearing with us five principles that define who we are: desire, positivity, openness, hard work and trying to see always the good in others.
COOLTIVATING FEST ACTIVITY:
As a volunteer, you will contribute to setting up the new Youth Center at the former Dobrotu General School, which was closed due to a low number of students. Your role will be to help transform the space into a functional and welcoming environment by assisting with cleaning, setting up furniture, and improving the surrounding outdoor areas.
Additionally, you will help maintain and arrange another facility connected to the project. Once the space is ready, you will take part in organizing an open event to introduce the Youth Center to the local
community, showcasing its purpose and future activities.
Some examples of specific tasks you will carry out as part of the activity:
- Clean and prepare classrooms and common spaces for use as a Youth Center.
- Install and arrange furniture to create a functional and inviting space.
- Assist with painting walls and refurbishing areas to improve the center’s appearance.
- Cut grass, trim trees, and clear outdoor areas to maintain a well-kept green space.
- Support minor repairs and improvements to ensure safety and usability.
- Organize storage areas and set up spaces for future educational and recreational activities.
- Plan and organize an open event to present the Youth Center to the local community, engaging youth and stakeholders in future activities.
OTHER ACTIVITIES YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:
In addition to their main responsibilities, the volunteers will collaborate with the staff in the organization’s regular management activities.
These will include:
- Contributing to the communication activities of our association.
- Participating in the preparation of materials needed for each activity.
- Engaging with the community to gather feedback and suggestions.
- Assisting in the management and updating of databases and records related to the activities.
- Leading ice-breaking games and brief sessions during thematic workshops.
- Participating in the assessment of the impact and overall evaluation of each activity.
- Creating content for our social media channels and website.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the planning of future activities.

Office work will be done in the AREA42 Youth Center of Euroactive NGO in Volunteers Quarters at the following address: Street Vlad Țepeș, no. 20, village Mustățesti, com. Valea Iașului, county Argeș, postal code: 117801.
Practical sessions will be implemented in the house and facilities of AREA42 Youth Center and Dobrotu General School.
