Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dobrovolnické týmy (dva týdny)

V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €275 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
The project involves practical activities for the construction of a classroom, for reading and socializing in the outdoor area of Agorateca, the Community Library of Altamura. Agorateca is a space for culture and gathering active since 2019 and located within a school, managed by the Link association. The construction of the Knowledge Garden is part of the „Cometa“ project, whose main purpose is to combat educational poverty. The construction site activities will be coordinated by experienced architects and will involve the community in a process of participatory design and selfconstruction, using recovered materials as much as possible.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Volunteers will be lodged in a large apartment close to Altamura city center. Participants will receive food money and pocket money (6 euros per day). Money will be transferred on participants bank accounts. Altamura is reachable by plane, train and bus. Link association will support participants in finding the best itinerary based on their exigences. All travel expenses are covered by the European budget. TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
The first day of the project will be dedicated to the introduction of the program and to share some information about the pratical project. After that, the rest of the week will be entirely operational and devoted to the construction site of the outdoor classroom. The second week will be used to finalize some details and to evaluate the experience and plan possible follow-up.
