Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé dobrovolnictví (devět měsíců)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €275 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-27 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

What is L.E.A.D.?
L.E.A.D. with Synergy Bulgaria was created for young people who have aspirations, dreams and ideas, and are ready to grow together with us both personally & professionally. As a volunteer you’ll have a chance to develop your talents, get mentored by the team and contribute to the projects & daily tasks of our organization.
L.E.A.D. stands for:
- Learn from & together with us: we offer wide expertise and give space to co-create.
- Engage in Synergy activities, both online and offline, Sofia-based and not only.
- Act bravely!
We welcome proactivity and stepping up. Mistakes happen, and we see them as a part of great learning. Develop yourself. If you’re 100% in, it will happen anyway (we guarantee).

Volunteers‘ Activities:
We will be happy to welcome volunteers who are ready to actively participate in the project and willing to learn. We will support you in creating your own learning goals and in the process of achieving them, as well as in creating your own personal project.
During this edition of L.E.A.D. you can get expiriance as a Project Manager or Social Media Manager. Depending on your position your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Project Manager:
- Writing and management of Erasmus+ and ESC (European Solidarity Corps) projects
- Coordination of project logistics
- Development of a newsletter
- Organization of local events and workshops
- Moderation of Erasmus+ Youth Academy online community
Social Media Manager:
- Social media management (IG, FB, TikTok)
- Content creation (photography/videography)
- Design of infopacks and guides
- Support with YouTube channel
- Design of visuals for Erasmus+ Youth Academy
Both:
- Development of a personal project
- Preparation of Synergy House Volunteering & Retreat Center for the new season
Synergy House:
We opened ‘the house’ in July 2022 in order to provide space for young people to explore themselves through hands-on work, proximity to nature and building community with people from other cultures.
During May-September we’re hosting team volunteerings & youth exchanges. As a volunteer, you will assist with arranging the house before each project, meet & welcome participants, and even have the chance to join different summer activities!
Volunteers‘ profile:
- Is aged 18-27
- Is from EU countries and Ukraine
- Can speak English
- Has a driver license
- Is interested in E+ project management
- Is flexible and adaptative
- Is motivated to contribute and support the mission of Synergy Bulgaria
- Is ready to commit for 9 months

Participant profile
We are looking for a volunteer who is: -Aged 18-27 -From EU countries and Ukraine -Speaks English – Has a driver license and feels comfortable driving -Interested in E+ project management OR social media management, design and creation of contents -Flexible and adaptative -Motivated to contribute and support the mission of Synergy Bulgaria -Ready to commit for 9 months (Shortlisted candidates will be contacted until January 10th.)
