ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Český tým: 3 účastníci-pracovníci s mládeží (ve věku 18+)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět, do výše max. €285. Prosím berte na vědomí, že u tohoto projektu je možná jen ‚zelená‘ pozemní doprava (= pouze autobusy, vlaky).

Popis projektu:
Sharing Stories, Building Bridges – Participatory Photography for Youth Workers is a 7 days long training course focused on providing the participating youth digital based tools and methods that can be used to support their young beneficiaries, especially young people at risk of exclusion. The main method we are going to explore is participatory photography – it is a visual method that acknowledges individuals as experts in their own lives. Unlike traditional photography, where subjects are passively portrayed by external photographers, participatory photography empowers individuals to capture and narrate their own stories. This approach shifts the creative control from the photographer to the participants, fostering self-advocacy and providing audiences with a more authentic understanding of diverse lives and needs.
About the trainers:
Aleksandra Arasiewicz
Art is not something that belongs only to fancy galleries and museums. We all have natural creativity that sadly is sometimes hidden, so in my work I support learners to believe in themselves and not be ashamed if their drawings or art works are not “perfect”.
I am a pedagogist specializing in art education. Currently I work for an NGO that supports people at risk of exclusion and during my projects I offer counselling and art workshops to help learners discover and reveal their true potential.
Kasia Kowalska
I believe in the power of stories – both in life and in education we should find new ways to share them, and using tools based on participatory photography is a great way to help us do so. I specialize in working with youngsters at risk, especially those with migration and refugee background. I’ve been living and working for NGOs in Poland, Romania, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Georgia and wherever I go, I constantly seek new approaches to support the learners and make the educational process not only effective, but also fun!
Who are we looking for (participants‘ profile):
Before applying to our training course, please make sure you fulfill the following criteria:
- actively involved in the work of an NGO (preferably as a staff member) experienced in working with youth at risk open to new methodologies and willing to photography based tools and methods (but no previous skills are required)
- committed to organising dissemination events and provide quality project visibility
- being able to communicate freely in English (both speaking and writing)
- being a legal resident in one of the Erasmus + Programme countries
