ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Český tým: 3 účastníci-pracovníci s mládeží (ve věku 20+ let).

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět to dle způsobu dopravy:
- €309 v případě letecké dopravy,
- €417 v případě pozemní (zelené) dopravy (= autobusy, vlaky).

Aim of the project:
The TC Youth Boost project aims to focus on specialized training programs and accompany us in innovative educational methodologies for young people who intend to impact their rural community.
Participants will be involved in both the youth and rural sectors, but will also be interested in specific project objectives such as developing leadership skills, promoting intercultural learning, effectively managing European projects and improving the social and economic development of rural communities. in Europe.
As a participant in the TC Youth Boost project, you will engage in specialized training programs and explore innovative educational methodologies designed to help you make a positive impact in your rural community. Through active participation, you will be inspired to develop your own educational projects that address local needs while fostering entrepreneurial skills. You will explore and discuss the connections between education and community development, applying these insights to your own projects and entrepreneurial ventures.
Objectives:
- Reducing youth exodus: Providing young people with the tools and opportunities to develop their potential in their rural communities.
- Strengthening the social fabric: Promoting the active participation of young people in community life and decision-making.
- Promoting rural development: Encourage social entrepreneurship and the creation of sustainable projects in rural communities.
Participants‘ profile:
The training course is open for Youth workers, educators, project managers, NGO coordinators, and individuals actively engaged in educational technology and innovative learning strategies.
Participants should be working with youth and/or be motivated to explore topic of multicultural work and learning, its peculiarities. Participants have to participate in the whole duration of the TC and attend all the activities under this Training course.
Selected participant are in charge of dissemination and visibility activities online and offline.
