Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé individuální dobrovolnictví (12 měsíců)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €285 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

Long-term individual volunteering at Robert Schuman Institute
Since 1991, the Robert Schuman Institute (RSI) has been a leading European training center for politicians and parties within the European People’s Party (EPP). It equips future leaders with the skills, knowledge, and network to strengthen democracy, foster European unity, and drive political success. Through seminars, training programs, and international collaborations, RSI connects pro-European, center-right politicians across borders—supporting democratic transformation and civil society development.
Looking For
We are looking for 1 volunteer for the roles of Communication/photographer volunteer, project coordinator volunteer, or project manager volunteer.
Requirements

- At least intermediate proficiency in English

Tasks
- Closely following the preparation and coordination phases of activities connected to partner countries
- Supporting data management for educational events (advanced MS Excel skills required)
- Assisting communication with local and international partners, organizing meetings, and creating questionnaires
- Organizing at least one cultural event related to their country’s culture and language, in cooperation with other volunteers
- Promoting the ESC program locally and back in their home country upon return
- Collaborating with RSI staff and other volunteers to successfully carry out and improve activities
- Supporting the organization of events with logistical and administrative tasks
- Performing any additional tasks supporting the project teams in delivering educational activities
Volunteer’s conditions:
Allowance
Each month volunteer’s receive a total of 120.000,00Ft for pocket, travel and food money.
International transport
The transportation from home to Hungary and back will be covered according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+ program.
Insurance
The volunteer will have Henner Health insurance
Language support
The volunteer will have access to the Online Language Support to learn Hungarian.
Volunteer’s training cycle
The volunteer will have on-arrival and mid-term training provided by the Hungarian National Agency.
General support
- Support before, during, after the activities
- Evaluation meetings
- Mentor and supervisors‘ support
- Extra certificates if they participate in specific activities (which will report the specific learning outcomes) or recommendation letters if they need one
