Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště v ČR do místa konání projektu dle způsobu dopravy:
- €309 v případě letecké dopravy,
- €417 v případě pozemní dopravy (= pouze autobusy/vlaky),

Popis projektu:
Ofensiva Tinerilor is proud to host an in-person Thematic Awareness Training dedicated to Inclusivity. Designed for youth workers, educators, and facilitators from across Erasmus+ Programme countries and partner countries. This immersive experience will provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools to promote tolerance, inclusion, and respect for inclusion in their local communities.
The training course “Active Citizenship and Youth Entrepreneurship for Youth Workers” is an 8-day international learning experience designed to strengthen the competences of youth workers in promoting active citizenship, civic engagement, and entrepreneurial thinking among young people.
The course addresses the growing need for youth workers to support young people in becoming active, responsible, and initiative-driven members of their communities. Through non-formal education methods, experiential learning, and reflective practice, participants will explore how active citizenship and youth entrepreneurship can be effectively integrated into youth work activities, projects, and community initiatives.
Why it matters?
The programme combines theoretical input with practical tools, project-based learning, and peer exchange, enabling participants to develop concrete methods and project ideas aligned with the Erasmus+ Programme and European youth priorities. Continuous reflection and self-assessment based on the Youthpass framework will support participants in recognising and documenting their learning outcomes.
Learning outcomes:
By the end of the training course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the key concepts and values related to active citizenship, youth participation, and democratic engagement;
- Develop a clear understanding of youth entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship and its role in community development;
- Strengthen their ability to foster entrepreneurial mindset and initiative among young people through youth work activities;
- Apply non-formal education methods to support civic engagement and participatory processes in diverse youth contexts;
- Design and adapt youth work projects and activities that promote active citizenship and entrepreneurship, in line with Erasmus+ priorities;
- Improve competences related to project development, partnership cooperation, and community action;
- Reflect on and document their personal and professional learning using the Youthpass key competences framework;
- Enhance the transferability of learning outcomes to their local organisations, communities, and target groups.
Particiants‘ profile:
Participants should be actively involved in youth work, either as staff members or volunteers of a youth organization.
Selection will be based on participants’ motivation and their commitment to engaging in the training as part of a meaningful learning journey.
