Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé dobrovolnictví (devět měsíců)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €275 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

CALL FOR 2 international ESC LONG TERM VACANCIES IN ADELANTE FOR 2024/2025
ADELANTE is looking for 2 ESC volunteers for a 9 month project, from 10 November to 10 August 2025.
- 1 volunteer for the education community ALIBANDUS for teen agers with family problems;
- 1 volunteer for the leisure time and educational support of young people in the community RAMALOCH.
About the organisation:
Adelante’s main aims are the planning and implementation of social activities in favour of children and youngsters, with particular attention to deviation, prevention and family counselling.
The values inspiring our social actions are peace making, co – operation as a social model in opposition to individualism and community break – up, diversity seen as a resource, solidarity and centrality of the human being; non formal education is our main methodology.
We are in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto Region, ITALY. We have hosted EVS/ESC volunteers since 2010.
ACTIVITIES IN ALIBANDUS COMMUNITY
30 HOURS PER WEEK
We will host 1 volunteer in Alibandus Community. A small residential community for kids 10 – 17 years old. The life in the community is like home life, with a warm welcoming atmosphere.
Activities:
- SUPPORT: Support kids in their daily lives. Have lunch with them, help them with their homework, play and be part of their life!
- INSPIRE: Be an adult role model who inspires them to live a meaningful life where they feel greater opportunities for self-actualization. Talk and play with them!
- SHARE: Share your interest, passion, hobbies with them to establish a good relationship and give them new ideas for growing!
ACTIVITIES IN RAMALOCH COMMUNITY
30 HOURS PER WEEK (12.00 – 18.00)
We will host 1 volunteer in Ramaloch Community. A small community for kids 10 – 17 years old open in the afternoon. The life in the community is like home life with a nice atmospheare of cooperation.
Activities:
- SUPPORT: Support kids in the after school activities. Have lunch with them, help them with their homework, play and be part of their life!
- INSPIRE: Be an adult role model who inspires them to live a meaningful life where they feel greater opportunities for self-actualization. Talk and play with them!
- SHARE: Share your interest, passion, hobbies with them to establish a good relationship and give them new ideas for growing!

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
ESC volunteering with us is a great opportunity to discover your potential and live with more awareness about yourself and your life mission.
TUTORING: You’ll have weekly meetings with a tutor to have a personal support to integrate in the organization and the local community.
TEAM COACHING: Monthly meetings with the team of ESC volunteers to create a project together with social impact for the community (8hrs/month)
TRAINING: Arrival training organized in Bassano and 2 trainings in Rome with other volunteers for your integration in Italy.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
ESC volunteer with us is a great opportunity to develop skills for your occupability, career and networking.
ITALIAN CLASSES: At the beginning of the service the volunteer takes part in an Italian class only for ESC volunteers. 40hrs with a professional teacher
MENTORING (1:1): mentor to discover your potential and how to improve your career.
TRAINING ON THE JOB: Working daily with a team of professional educators you will develop social skills, leadership, communication skills and educational planning abilities.
