Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé dobrovolnictví (10-12 měsíců)

Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €275 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

Maarja Küla is a community in South Estonia, where adults with intellectual disability live. In Maarja Küla all residents are like a big family, and they are living together with village workers, who support them in their everyday life activities. Maarja Küla residents live a meaningful every day and work life here. They can participate in clay, wood, carpet, art or gardening workshops. They have opportunity to participate in rehabilitation, different group and leisure activities, different events, hikes.
Since 2004, Maarja Village has welcomed over 100 dedicated volunteers from 15+ countries, creating a positive impact and sharing their culture with the locals.
We welcome all volunteers, regardless of their background, to enrich Maarja Village and empower young individuals. No prior experience is necessary; what matters most is an interest in our way of life.
We want you to improve your skills and competences to ensure better possibilities in the labor market and enhancing your personal skills to become a more tolerant and exemplary citizen of the world.

Maarja Küla in Tartu is a community home, where adults with intellectual disability live. Residents live with workers who support them in their everyday life. In Tartu home the residents are more independent compared to the ones living in the village. Residents work and manage their lives with the guidance and help from the personel, are living together with village workers, who support them in their everyday life activities. Maarja village Tartu has 2 houses in the center of Tartu (the European capital of culture 2024).
Since 2004, Maarja Village has welcomed over 100 dedicated volunteers from 15+ countries, creating a positive impact and sharing their culture with the locals.

Long-term volunteering from September 2024 till 30th June 2025
Hellik Nursery is a known and respected nursery that cares about future looking and motivating learning environment and values creative teachers. Our target group are kids aged from 1.5 to 3 years old.

Volunteer will get a wide experience and knowledge of a child’s development and learning process, they will get to know pedagogical aspects/ways of teaching kids, developing their intercultural and interpersonal competencies, develop ways and competences to work with different stakeholders (for example parents). Besides that, volunteer will develop their team work and self-expression skills, cooperation and learn to analyze situations based on the child’s perspective.
Profile of the volunteer:
Dependable person- you do what you say you will, when you say you will. Child friendly – you are surrounded by approx. 20-25 children every day. Playful- you like to have fun and have no problem interacting with children. Team- player – teaching children is a collaborative effort.
