Erasmus+, Klíčová Akce 2: work lab
Časová osa této mobility:
- work lab: 19.—25. říjen 2026, Vilaboa, Pontevedra, Galicia, Španělsko
- zorganizování místní aktivity (ve své komunitě, kroužku, organizaci, atp.) ve kterých zúročíš své získané schopnosti/dovednosti z této working lab
Český tým: 3 účastníci – pracovníků s mládeží (ve věku 20+ let) věk. limit není striktní – je důležité splňovat profil účastníků (= pracovat s mládeží, více níže)

Prosím důkladně si přečtete info-pack. Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit, prosím odešlete vyplněnou přihlášku co nejdříve.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu. Max. rozpočet na proplacení cest. nákladů je €309/účastník.

inclusiON: Inclusive Practices in Youth Work
inclusiON work lab is: an intensive WorkLab on inclusive youth work in real contexts.
During 5 training days, we will explore how to:
- Reach young people often left out of opportunities
- Recognise visible and invisible barriers to participation
- Understand how identities and inequalities intersect
- Practise facilitating diverse groups with care and awareness
- Adapt outreach and methods to different realities
Participants’ experiences and cases will be essential to the process.
This work lab might be for you if:
- You wonder who is missing from your activities
- You want to reach beyond the usual Erasmus+ circles
- You struggle to involve people facing barriers
- You want tools for diverse groups, needs and boundaries
- You want to understand intersectionality and privilege
- You are ready to share experiences, questions and practices with an international group
- You are willing to reflect on your own role and responsibility as a youth worker or facilitator
Participants will strengthen their capacity to:
- Design inclusive outreach strategies
- Identify visible and invisible barriers to participation
- Use an intersectional perspective
- Facilitate diversity, adapt methods and translate learning into practice
Why this work lab?
This is a WorkLab, not a Training.
- The purpose of this framework is to experiment, to exchange practices, and to learn from each other’s practicas and ways of working.
- This will be a learning event in which you decide what you learn.
- Your engagement will have a great impact on what is happening on the spot.
