Erasmus+, Klíčová Akce 1: strategický seminář (strategic seminar)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a to dle způsobu dopravy:
- €309 v případě letecké dopravy,
- €417 v případě pozemní dopravy (= pouze autobusy/vlaky).

Popis projektu:
RegenerAction: Youth, Creativity and Sustainable Futures aims to connect youth activism and creative environmental sustainability, moving from reflection and awareness towards intentional action, regeneration, and strategic cooperation among organisations working with young people.
At the same time, nowadays, creating space for dialogue, and future-oriented cooperation becomes not only relevant, but necessary.
The overall aim of the seminar is to strengthen the capacity of youth workers, educators, and activists to support youth led environmental action through creative, participatory, and sustainable approaches, while simultaneously reinforcing strategic partnerships and long-term cooperation among organisations active in the youth field.
Objectives:
- Explore creative environmental sustainability as a practical, community‐based approach linking ecology, justice, and action.
- Reflect on the role of youth workers in supporting youth‐led environmental activism across different levels.
- Build on insights from previous projects to integrate sustainability, activism, and non‐formal education.
- Create an international exchange space for mutual learning among diverse practitioners.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships to support future projects and coordinated responses to programme changes.
- Prepare organisations for post‐Erasmus+ scenarios through strategic thinking and collective visioning.
Invitation to participate:
This seminar is conceived as an intentional meeting point for trusted and motivated partner organisations working in the fields of youth work, environmental sustainability, activism, and non- formal education.
The seminar is designed for youth workers, educators, trainers, project managers, and organizational representatives who play a meaningful role in their association’s decision‐making.
We invite youth workers from organisations that:
- Have experience or interest in youth-led environmental action and sustainability
- Are willing to engage in critical reflection and creative practice
- Value long-term cooperation and strategic partnerships,
- Wish to collectively prepare for future challenges and opportunities in European youth programmes.
Partners will not only contribute to the learning process, but will actively shape the seminar and its follow-up pathways, laying the foundation for future collaborations and shared initiatives.
