Program, akce: Evropský sbor solidarity (ESC) — dlouhodobé dobrovolnictví (7 měsíců/197 dní)

Přečtěte si, jak se líbilo v r. 2024 na dlouhodobém dobrovolnictví v této organizaci naší dobrovolnici Adéle. Případně si můžete poslechnout 1. díl našeho podcastu, kde Adéla o svém pětiměsíčním dobrovolnickém dobrodružství vypráví (a doporučuje všem).
Pro to, abyste na tento projekt mohli jet je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu Evropský sbor solidarity jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů ESC je kompletně (ze 100 %) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, povinné doplňkové pojištění u pojišťovny Henner, jazykový kurz, místní doprava, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu Evropský sbor solidarity a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (v případě tohoto projektu) ve výši max. €309 z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Účastník musí:
- Být ve věku 18-30 let;
- Být zaregistrovaný na portálu ESC (v případě, že máte s registrací problém, řiďte se tímto návodem)
- Mít zájem o dobrovolnictví a tento projekt;
- Ovládat angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B1

Popis ESC dobrovolnické pozice:
Association of Societies Rojc in Pula, in search of volunteers for the European Solidarity Corps who would come to Pula from February 20 to September 20, 2026. The dates are not fixed, but it is important to note that this is about long-term volunteering for a duration of 197 days.
WHO ARE WE?
The Rojc Alliance is looking for volunteers to join a long-term volunteering adventure in Pula, Croatia 🇭🇷
Rojc Alliance (SUR) is a network of associations based in Social Center Rojc (DC Rojc), a huge former military building from the 1870s that has been transformed into one of the most vibrant community spaces in the region.
Today, DC Rojc is home to 110+ organizations working in culture, youth, sports, health, social care, environment, minority rights, technical culture, and more. It’s a living example of how public spaces can be used in inclusive, creative, and sustainable ways—by and for the community.
SUR connects people, ideas, and initiatives. We support participation, cooperation, active citizenship, and especially young people who want to get involved, express themselves, and make a difference—locally and beyond. Through community projects, media, events, and international cooperation, we encourage volunteers to grow, experiment, and become active changemakers guided by European values.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a volunteer in the European Solidarity Corps, you’ll learn by doing and co-create your experience with us.
Non-formal learning
You’ll take part in trainings focused on:
- Non-violent communication
- Leadership & organization skills
- Human rights & active citizenship
- Teamwork and collaboration
Informal learning & hands-on activities
Your volunteering plan will be created together with you and based on SUR’s activities for 2026, including:
- Creating and organizing art exhibitions (Young Authors Cycle, Detecting Reality Cycle)
- Organizing film screenings (Cinema in Rojc, socially engaged independent films)
- Co-creating literary programs
- Organizing round tables & discussions on culture, politics, media literacy, and social issues
- Taking part in creative workshops like Wear Your Attitude!—making banners and badges that bring messages into public space and encourage dialogue, empowerment, and community spirit
- Producing content for Radio Rojc, the community radio with a daily cultural program 🎙️
You can be involved in everything—from idea development, naming your own show, making jingles, researching topics and guests, to technical work like sound mixing, streaming (SAM Broadcaster), editing (Adobe Audition), and publishing content (Mixcloud).
- Promoting SUR and DC Rojc activities through the Info Point and social media
- Developing your own creative project, based on your interests and skills
- Supporting workshops for people with cerebral palsy, getting to know the local community, culture, and language while building empathy and social awareness
- Helping out in the community library ROJCbook

Volunteers coming from abroad (3 volunteers) will be provided with accommodation in Pula, and for international and volunteers from Pula (2 volunteers) receive pocket money and food allowance.
For volunteers from other countries, travel costs are also covered, in accordance with the rules of the European Solidarity Corps programme.
You’ll also receive a Certificate of Competences, officially recognizing the skills, knowledge, and experience gained during your volunteering—something that really counts when applying for jobs or further opportunities.
