ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Časový rozvrh této mobility:
- Přípravné předprojektové setkání (Advance Planning Visit = APV): 13.—15. září 2024, Pervolia, Kypr. Tohoto přípravného předprojektového setkání se za ČR zúčastní group leader české skupiny. Group leader se zúčastní i samotné výměny mládeže v listopadu. Co obnáší účast na APV najdete zde. (není to žádná věda a zvládne to opravdu každý)
- Výměna mládeže: 12.—21. listopad 2024, Pervolia, Kypr
Český tým: 7 účastníků (ve věku 18—30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €360 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Prosím berte na vědomí, že z rozpočtu na reimbursement cest. nákladů si budou organizátoři strhávat €20/účastník na uhrazení jednodenního výletu.
Hostitelská organizace: Youth Dynamics
Popis projektu:
Youth Exchanges in the framework of “EU is U“, allow 7 youth groups of international partners from Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary to meet in Cyprus between 12-21 November 2024 and carry out, jointly and by the method of non-formal and informal learning activities, a relevant activity plan.
This plan indicatively includes youth meetings among 56 persons, “know as better” debates, role-plays, simulations, outdoor activities, learning visits, exercises labs, etc, that have designed and prepared by the partners before the exchange of the young participants in order to they can tackle the requirements set by the labor market and the economy as well as the society and the democracy in united Europe, as we believe that young people are the ground of the community we live in.
In a time when Europe is facing uncertainty, while it is being challenged by multiple crisis, economic instability, Brexit, refugee crisis, war in Ukraine, many citizens are falling under the temptation to join either extremist or populist groups that are moving away from the original European idea, towards more xenophobic and authoritarian views, as such groups gain popularity by the day. As demonstrated by elections and referendums across many European countries, and the anti-EU movements gaining momentum.
The main objectives are in full accordance with Erasmus+ programme, as it follows below:
- To give an opportunity to young people to learn about the different EU institutions, EU rights, Youth Goals and EU processes;
- Foster solidarity and tolerance, respect and mutual understanding, dialogue and cooperation between young people coming from different religious, cultural and social backgrounds;
- Prevent the negative impact of discriminatory action, fighting against exclusion and marginalization of young people with fewer opportunities
- Encourage young people to participate in the solutions for social hindrance, thus stimulating their prospective role as active citizens;
- Calibrate the understanding of the European values and the freedom of movement;
- Highlighting the connection between European citizenship, human rights, democracy and intercultural learning, together with the underlying values
- Raise awareness about other European nations, learn about their origins and thus to fight against harming prejudices.
We will have lectures, team games, workshops and discussion about all the unique cultures that are included under Europe . We are going to make activities with the aim of knowing Europe: quiz, building maps, sport games, round table, open discussions, presenting traditional histories, workshops and outdoor activities.
We will have a special day about mixing cultures and combine people from different background. The main topic of our exchange is discovering cultures and learn new ethics, arts and traditions. During the project we will try to build bridges between the European Youth and we will promote the volunteering and the values of our common future in Europe. Also during the project we will organize intercultural nights where all the partner groups will present their country, their culture, traditional foods, drinks, music and dances.
The main theme is to show colorfulness and multiculturalism of European countries. The programme of „EU is U“ combines different activities, informal and non-formal learning methods, leading to the personal, socio-educational and professional development of all participants and promoters involved. It is based on learning by experience, learning by doing and learning through interaction, as well as on a system and process-oriented approach with a strong personal learner centered focus.The program will include debates, role plays, reflections, workshops, simulations etc.
Through the project we want to promote participation in democratic life in Europe and partner countries, active citizenship, inter cultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity and to increase motivation for taking part in non-formal education. In addition we focus to foster social inclusion and the active participation of young people in society and to promote European citizenship’s values.
