Erasmus+, Klíčová Akce 1: výměna mládeže
Časová osa této mobility:
- výměna mládeže: 18.—28. srpen 2026, Ommen, Nizozemí
- zorganizování místních aktivit (ve své komunitě, kroužku, organizaci, atp.) ve které zúročíš své získané schopnosti/dovednosti z tohoto tréninkového kurzu
Český tým: 4 účastníci (ve věku 18-23 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 20-25 let)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a to dle způsobu dopravy:
- €309 – v případě letecké dopravy. Účastníci, kteří na projekt poletí také budou platit €75/účastník poplatek hostitelské organizaci
- €417 v případě ‚zelené‘ pozemní dopravy (autobusy, vlaky). Zelená doprava = min. 51% celkové cesty je absolvováno autobusy/vlaky. Účastníci cestující zeleně účastnický poplatek neplatí.
Účastníkům bude proplacen celý rozpočet na cest. náklady bez ohledu na to, na kolik účastníky jejich reálné cest. náklady vyjdou. V případě zelené dopravy účastníkovi bude vyplaceno €417 a v případě letecké dopravy €234. Na rozpočet pro zelenou dopravu máte nárok i v případě, že využijete jednoho letu (důležité je, aby 51% celkové cesty bylo vykonáno po zemi = autobusy, vlaky).
Pokud tedy využijete pozemní dopravy (např. linkami do Amsterdamu s FlixBusem), svou účastí na projektu si ještě vyděláte.

Join All Out and step into 10 days of nature, teamwork, outdoor adventures and learning by doing!
All Out is a chance to unplug, meet young people from different countries, and experience real-life adventures together. Together with the group, you will create activities, take responsibility for the shared space, and discover how much creativity, initiative, and resourcefulness you already have.
In 10 days:
- 56 young people from 9 different countries
- create, play and experiment within an intercultural group
Over 10 dynamic days, you will discover how to:
- find your place in a group;
- recognize your unique strengths and use them;
- explore and share your values and vision;
- learn through informal and hands-on experiences;
- connect with others across cultural and language barriers;
- take ownership of your own learning process;
- build a sustainable community together;
- use resilience and cooperation to achieve your goals.
About the project:
The goal of this project is to create a playful and safe environment where you can try new things, discover new sides of yourself, and surprise yourself with what you are capable of. Most of all, we hope you leave feeling connected, inspired, and ready to bring something from this experience back into your own life.
The youth exchange will consist of three main parts:
1. EXPERIENCING: You will take part in games, activities, and workshops organized by the team and by other participants.
2. CREATING: In small international groups, you will create and organize games or activities for each other.
3. EXPLORING: You will put your skills into practice during a hiking, biking, and rafting adventure in the Netherlands.
You will:
- play and learn outside in different settings;
- create a shared living space together with the group;
- connect with others through adventurous and creative experiences;
- create and organize games or activities for each other;
- go on a hiking, biking, and rafting adventure in the Netherlands;
- share your learning with an intercultural group;
- meet people from different backgrounds;
- have an unforgettable summer experience.
Group leader’s profile:
- 20-25 years old
- excited about outdoor games and activities
- preferably having some previous experience in non-formal education settings
- enthusiastic, supportive, willing to take initiative and to encourage others
- willing to offer additional support to the participants of your national group
- ready to create and deliver activities for the group
- able to communicate fluently and work in English
Participants‘ profile:
- 18-23 years old
- interested in nature and outdoor games, open to connect to others beyond screens
- preferably without any previous experience with Erasmus+ projects
- interested in improving life skills such as communication, cooperation, leadership and problem-solving in a group setting
- active and creative
- able to communicate in simple English
- curious to work in a non-formal
