ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: výměna mládeže

Český tým: 5 účastníků (ve věku 18—30 let) + 1 group leader (ve věku 18+)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu:
„BEES – Be Engaged in Exploring Self-awareness“ is a Youth Exchange co-funded by EU and offered by APG to young people at risk of mental health problems, aiming to cultivate self-awareness, social skills, teamwork, and leadership skills.
The activities addresses the lack of confidence and propensity to give up among young people, worsened by the pandemic, Ukraine and Russia conflict, and price increases.
A lack of self-awareness of one’s and others‘ feelings can lead to mental issues, stress, and poor life decisions. BEES Youth Exchange promotes ethical living and self-emotional education among activist groups.
In addition, social media influences and the digital world have made it increasingly difficult for young people to live with others. This is the reason the project will be held in a camping with an apiculture-based social garden, that is an ideal backdrop to assist young people in detoxing from the virtual world and learning from outdoor activities and living with others. “BEES IS A 8 DAYS YOUTH EXCHANGE BASED IN THE NATURE THAT INCLUDES WORKSHOPS ON LEADERSHIP, CREATIVE THINKING, OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND TEAM BUILDING.
ALL THE ACTIVITIES ARE MEANT TO DISCONNECT FROM THE VIRTUAL WORLD AND RECONNECT WITH NATURE, PEOPLE’S EMOTIONS, AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES, IN ORDER TO DEVELOP NECESSARY SKILLS FOR THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND TO DISCOVER THEMSELVES.
ALSO, PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN MORE ABOUT ONE’S ANOTHER CULTURE AND TRADITIONS FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES INVOLVED COMING FROM ITALY, SPAIN, PORTUGAL, UKRAINE, GEORGIA, CZECH REPUBLIC AND HUNGARY.”
OBJECTIVES
- assist young people in discovering themselves in their everyday lives work on both a personal and professional level;
- support young people in detoxing from the digital world and learning more about their social skills, teamwork, and leadership styles living in nature;
- encourage critical and creative thinking abilities in young people;
- connect young people to EU project and to a multicultural environment in order for them to identify themselves and their values, interests and life goals.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
The Youth Exchange is intended for young people between the ages of 18 and 30 (included) who have or don’t have prior experience with non-formal education. The project’s activities are especially targeted at young people NATURE LOVED who wish to unlock their potential in our society through confrontation with other cultures, trying new experiences and jumping out of their comfort zone and increase their creativity through team-building, leadership development, and self-awareness exercises.
For participants:
- At least B1 level of English required;
- Age limit: 18-30 years old;
- Outdoors lovers and willing to live in nature, sharing a tent with 2-6 other people for a week;
- Motivated to actively participate in all workshops;
- Interested in the program’s topic available for the entire duration of the Youth Exchange;
- Willing to promote the project on social media;
- Sociable, outgoing and easy to get along;
- Flexible in their approach to life and seeking adventure outside of their comfort zones.
For Group Leader:
- 18+ years old;
- Experience in Youth Exchange and Erasmus Plus Framework;
- Positive and supporting attitude;
- Team spirit and good mediator;
- Attention to details and promotes a positive attitude among the participants;
- Coordinating, and organizing abilities;
- Experience non-formal education;
- Evaluating, Interpersonal, communication and facilitating abilities
Venue – Camping
You will be lodged in tents for 2-6 people. Located in the middle of the Vesuvius National Park area, at the beginning of
Trail 7 is the ideal destination for nature lovers and from detachment from urban centers. Surrounded by the Vesuvian agricultural landscape, it is a small oasis on a human scale, equipped with all essential services as well as some small comforts. Tent pitches are arranged within a hazel grove to encourage natural shading, while the toilet facilities are well maintained and attractively designed, all self-built with sustainable materials.
