- Zorganizování místních aktivit (v ČR): v termínu od června do 15. září. Prosím nehlaste se na tento projekt, pokud nejste ochotni zorganizovat aktivity (workshopy) ve své komunitě (organizaci, škole, kroužku, volnočovasovém středisku, atp.)

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €275 (v případě tohoto projektu) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.
Na tomto semináři si samotná hostitelská organizace bude vybírat účastnický poplatek ve výši €50/účastník. Účastníkům však bude vypláceno €275 za jejich cest. náklady a to bez ohledu na výši jejich cest. nákladů. Zpáteční jízdenky s Flixbusem z Brna do Amsterdamu stojí €165. Pokud tedy pojedeš Flixbusem, ještě si účastí na tomto projektu €60 vyděláš.

Broad perspective is a seminar for young professionals…including Youth Workers, Coordinators, Facilitators, Educators, Mentors and Leaders
About the project
The project brings together young professionals and youth organisations to refine conflict prevention and resolution methods within the realm of youth work
What kinds of questions this project wants to answer
- How to create connection and collective growth instead of distance and discrimination?
- How do we reduce intercultural tensions and increase cultural integration?
- How to address conflicts effectively within youth work settings and promote inclusive and democratic values?
How is this seminar developing
During the seminar, we will focus on methods, tools, and different practices to resolve and transform conflict on personal, professional and organizational levels.
Together with your partner organization, you will design activities using different tools for conflict resolution, according to the agreement that you take together with your organization before your arrival. Examples of tools: systemic approach in conflict transformation, embodied activities, puppetry, impro theatre, outdoor games, Veil of Ignorance tool, NVC, Playfight, Playback Theatre Technique, storytelling.
You will get the opportunity to implement these tools with your national group for the rest of the participants. This way, everyone brings their knowledge, practice, and know-how, while experiencing various styles that can be further integrated into their work.
Participants‘ profile
This project is for you if:
- you are 20+
- you are a youth worker (coordinator, facilitator, educator, mentor, leader)
- Have curiosity and interest in how to better support your target group and community
- You are actively working with marginalized groups who face obstacles in life
- You are motivated and enthusiastic to learn various conflict transformation tools and implement them in your work and the organization you’re part of
- You are committed to participating in all the phases of the project: Online assignments, Seminar, Local phase implementation
- Are a citizen or resident in one of the following countries: North Macedonia, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Czech Republic, Estonia, Portugal, and the Netherlands.
