ERASMUS+, Klíčová akce 1: tréninkový kurz

Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět dle způsobu dopravy a to:
- €211 v případě letecké dopravy
- €285 v případě „zelené“ pozemní dopravy (= autobusy, vlaky)

Popis projektu:
The program ‘Building Strong Communities’ is an introduction into building strong and purposeful communities, focusing on compassion. It is designed for youth workers, leading communities, and those interested in how to build or strengthen the communities they are part of, wanting to bring their communities to new level of functioning. The communities we are talking about are formal organisations, NGOs, youth organisations and groups, as well as informal communities and groups, such as interest clubs (books, games, hikes etc.), all built around common values, practices and rituals.
Participants will:
- Learn about the need of building strong(er) communities;
- Learn about the role of Compassion in communities and how to practice it;
- Learn about Organizational Culture and the role and skills of Community Builder;
- Learn how to use Community Map for designing Community Culture;
- Learn about the tools of Community Builder and how to use them;
- Learn how to use the power of rituals for building strong communities;
- Create a plan of how to use and disseminate the knowledge in their own communities.
Profile of participants:
The training course will take place in Brežice, Slovenia, from 25th of May to 1st of June 2025 and it will bring together a group of 22 young people from 8 partner countries. The project is targeting youth workers, trainers, coordinators and facilitators from all fields of non-formal education who are motivated to learn new creative tool to support youngsters.
We are looking for youth workers/youth leaders who are over the age of 18 with a good level of English, who will be willing and committed to participate actively in ALL sessions (about 8 hours a day):
- All participants HAVE TO BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD and HAVE RESIDENCY IN THE SENDING COUNTRY.
- Each national team should be gender balanced.
- All participants should speak and understand English.
- Participants should already be involved in youth work or be motivated to get involved with it.
- Participants should be willing to share their knowledge with their colleagues and youngsters once they return home. Each participant will be requested to lead a workshop for their local community using the methods learned during our training course. Participants should be interested in making follow up international projects and promote Erasmus + program.
