Před tím, než se přihlásíte na jakýkoliv náš projekt, důkladně si přečtěte všechny informace v sekci Chci vyjet na projekt a seznamte se s Pravidly účasti na zahr. projektech.
Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit, prosím důkladně si přečtete info-pack. Prosím zamyslete se, jak do tohoto projektu zapadáte vy (viz „participants‘ profile“ níže). Pokud máte zájem se na tento projekt přihlásit jako náhradníci, prosím odešlete vyplněnou přihlášku co nejdříve.
Pro to, abyste se na tento projekt přihlásili je nutné, abyste vlastnili nejen občanský průkaz (který musíte mít ze zákona), ale také platný cestovní pas (s platností min. ještě 150 dní od datumu začátku vámi vybraného projektu).
V rámci programu ERASMUS+ jsou následující finanční specifika: v rámci všech projektů je kompletně (ze 100%) zajištěno jídlo, ubytování, aktivity, a to vše je zcela pokryto z fondů EU programu ERASMUS+ a zařízeno organizátory. Účastníkům dále budou proplaceny cestovní náklady (reimbursement) do max. výše €180 v případě letecké dopravy nebo €210 v případě pozemní dopravy (autobusem/vlakem) z místa bydliště do místa konání projektu a zpět.

Popis projektu:
Empowering through connection is a 5-day training course with the aim to equip youth workers with tools and knowledge to enhance their connections with themselves and others. By improving these connections, participants will be better able to provide meaningful support, build strong relationships, and create a positive, empowering environment for themselves and the youth they work with.
Training course „Empowering Through Connection“ is designed to help individuals working with youth understand the fundamental role of connection in personal and professional development. Participants will raise awareness on influence of relationships with themselves and others to creating a positive and supportive environment.
Key Learning Objectives:
Understanding the Importance of Connection:
- Discover how connection serves as a critical building block when working with youth.
- Learn about the impact of strong, authentic relationships on youth development and well-being.
Supporting Yourself and Others:
- Learn techniques to be more present with yourself, enhancing self-awareness and self-compassion.
- Discover ways to be present with others.
- Understand the importance of self-care and self-support in maintaining resilience and well-being.
Understanding Resistance and Overcoming Blocks:
- Identify common forms of resistance and blocks that young people may experience.
- Understand the underlying causes of these resistances.
Throughout this course, participants will engage in practical exercises, reflective activities, and interactive discussions to deepen their understanding and application of these concepts. By the end of the training, you will be equipped with valuable tools and techniques to enhance your connection with yourself and others, empowering you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the youth you work with. - Empowering through connection is a training course aimed for youth workers, teachers, youth group leaders, trainers, educators that want to enhance their impact as a youth professional, creating a supportive and empowering environment for the young people they engage with, especially for those that are working with youth with fewer opportunities

- Selection will be made based on your experience in youth work, your motivation for the subject of the course and the amount of results sustainability (how will you use project results in your daily work). Please write us detailed description of it in the application form.
Participants‘ contribution
BEFORE THE TRAINING COURSE:
Please read this infopack so you are aware of the training programme and all practicalities. Also, we will have a networking part of the programme so prepare some materials presenting your organisation.
DURING THE COURSE:
Be ready to participate actively in all the sessions. Also, we will ask you to put away your phones during all sessions as we want to have a full presence of the entire group.
AFTER THE COURSE:
During the course we will have a dissemination planning session. Upon your return home we will expect you to share the results of your learning in your organizations, directly and throug social media channels.
